An option I've found is to be sure that de media locations on Preferences are correct and also verify through FCP XML button. It looks like the program loses or don't understand the locations through the XML automatically...

Processing clip
Unable to find asset portion in asset r25 to match usage starting at 6.006 seconds with duration 3.09071 seconds
No AAF file has been generated.

I finally did it last day, but now again the same problem, instead of I opened every single clip and manually set to mono... I've got the same message... I tried exporting in version 1.4 and 1.5
This program works randomly!

When the clips are stereo it doesn't work in my x2pro software, I had to convert all of them manually to mono and then I could export the AAF. Something wrong?

Yes, it was the one. Can it be caused because my version of x2pro is an upgrade from the LE version?

The FCPXML that you attached has no problem loading in the 3.0.5 version that i have here on my lab system.
Is that the exact one you tried that you got your error on?
Would you be able to detail what version of Mac OS X that you are running?
