Hi Jeremy,
My OS X is El Capitan10.11.3
I put my xml file from my external hard drive to my desktop and locate the destination to desktop too.
And then,
Tried remove all Media Locations, an notice of inaccessible of audio files appear.
Tried add just the root of your system drive to the media locations, same error notice appear.
(screen shots attached)
I found info in your Q&A, and all my clips can read by Quick time 7... (the file mentioned in your error window, its sound is in Linear PCM).

What version of OS X are you running?
Do you have any X2Pro Media Locations setup?
If so, could you remove all of them, try the file again.
If you do not, or if the retry doesn't work, will you add just the root of your system drive to the media locations and try the conversion again. (This drive is normally named "Macintosh HD".
Please let us know how you get along after that.

Hi Graeme,
Thank you for your reply. And thank you for helping me!
Here is the file attached.
I'm going to have sound mixing tomorrow, if it can be fixed, that will be wonderful!

Hi,
I just purchased X2pro form iTune yesterday for my sound mixing in Protools this Tuesday. And I can't create an AAF from X2pro, that makes me feel very sad and angry by paying $150, but not working with my film......
It keeps saying ERROR to all my clips(below), I want to know what kind of audio format does X2pro support then? only one? I have aiff, audio form 5D mark3, audio from panasonic HC-X1000......
Could someone help with that? Thank you!!
Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [11480009] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [11480009]
Failed to initialise audio extractor with default bit depth of 16
Error Setting up for audio extraction (The requested URL was not found on this server.)
Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?
No AAF file has been generated.
