Try upgrading to the latest version of the X2Pro app from the app store and see if that helps.
Also, would you be able to provide me with your OS X version and a screen capture of your X2Pro "Media Locations" setup in the User Preferences?

Here is what I got

Writing AAF File
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset[Sn15 D/1] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [Sn15 D/1]
Reading audio data from audio extractor: 1116298 samples
Failed to read 1116298 samples
Error Requested 1116298 samples from RED file but got 1116267

Suggestion If this RED file is spanned then ensure that an entry for the containing folder has been added to the media Locations in the preferences

No AAF file has been generated
X2Pro Audio Convert LE 3.0.5

I have all of the audio detached in the timeline.
I have all of my assists and media on one external drive that is definitely selected on the media locations in the preferences. Any idea why this is not working???
