Jeremy,
Thanks for your response! And I'm pleased to say that's absolutely spot on!
As Jayce pointed out, FCPX crashed the first time I tried this, and the second time it worked perfectly.
I'll keep an eye on it. If you don't hear anything else from me, then it's worked without a hitch :)
Thanks for the prompt response!
And FWIW, I'd be more than happy to provide a testimonial on X2Pro on behalf of Affixxius Films. It's a superb product and is unquestionably a must for all FCPX editors who need to work with Pro Tools and/or sound engineers. We're over the moon with the results, as are our sound engineers (and they can be a picky bunch). Great work on a great tool!
Cheers,
Chaz

Will you both try something for us.
Can you please create a folder in the user's "Movies" folder called "FCPX share to X2Pro" and try again?
We think X2Pro should be creating that folder on its own when you "share" to it, but we have a suspicion that it isn't.
Please let us know how it works for you, good or bad.

Yeah, that's the same thing I'm seeing. It all works fine when directing X2Pro manually to an FCPXML in Finder. But the share destination just isn't working for some reason.
We're on 10.10.5, so it can't be an OS thing. As it's clearly not working on either Yosemite nor El Cap.
Hope there's a fix soon. I'd submit it as a bug, but can't find a contact address anywhere.

Hi
I'm having the exact same problem. Ran without a problem on LE but subsequent to buying Pro Upgrade and OS upgrade to 10.11.5,
problem started. Where normally exporting via the app plugin repopulates the source XML here it doesn't and I'm unable to find the exported xml.
Work around is exporting regular fcpxml and then opening XtoPro. Then everything works as advertised on the tin.

Hi guys,
First off - congrats and thank you for creating such an awesome tool! Only just bought it, due to an increase in audio output projects, and it's spot on!
It all seems to work fine when I kick out an XML and reference that XML in the X2Pro app. But when I use the share destination, it doesn't actually appear to send the XML to X2Pro at all. It does export an XML, and it does indeed open X2Pro up. But the XML route path doesn't appear in the window, and there's no reference to the roles from the project.
When I import the same XML in manually, everything works as expected.
It'd be nice to get the share destination working properly. Any suggestions?
Cheers,
