Failed to read 1048576 samples

Its probable there is something odd with the essence in question, we have created a ticket 6637, if you are able to put the essence and XML in question into a folder called 6637, and upload to our ftp (details will be mailed to you) we will investigate.

Somehow I worked around my problem last time by removing various audios, and moved on with life. But here I am again -- I have yet to do an X2Pro export without having to visit this site, post my error message.

New project. Similar error message. Any ideas:

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.

I am getting the error message:

Reading audio data from audio extractor : 1048576 samples
Failed to read 1048576 samples
Error Extracting audio data (read 8064 bytes of 2097152 required) (The operation could not be completed)

I assumed this is from the sample included in FCPX, so I took them out, but still got the message. Not sure what else it could be.

I saw another forum to this extent, but it didn't seem to offer a final solution. Said the bug was fixed, but I'm still having it.

I have version 3.0.13
My handles were 2-seconds long.

I've used this app before (but needed support then too).

Please help. Under deadline.
