Cant figure out this error! please help

Can you check that the media in question plays out ok in QT player,
file:///Volumes/Muddle%20Port%202/Muddle/MUDDLE%20Master%20Port%202.fcpbundle/All%20Clips/Original%20Media/BMPCC_1_2014-07-29_1859_C0001.mov

If it does, then I think we will need if possible to arrange to look at the media itself if ok with you.
