Dear Melisbru,
Conform rates would not prevent the AAF from being created, can you send a copy of the details from the system console as I believe the actual error occurred before the visible list of conform rate warnings.
Would you also be able to attach the XML to the forum ?
Yours sincerely
James

Dear Melisbru,
To confirm X2Pro does not support conform rates i.e. you have a 25 fps clip in a 24 fps project, FCPX just plays the clip out faster, there is no actual conversion of the essence. Therefore when you initiate an export of the sequence for example we can see that the media is 25fps but the project is 24fps so we will give a warning in X2Pro to say where these conformed clips are in the XML so that when you create the AAF you can look at them in ProTools and action them if necessary.
Conform rates are just warnings and should not prevent you from creating an AAF, if you are actually failing to create an AAF, can you please send the error message and if possible the XML.
Yours sincerely
James
