Hi,
It's not an app in the same sense that X2Pro is (i.e. it's not a tool with a graphical interface), it's more of a command-line tool (written in python), and for that reason we've not made it publicly available.
If you can attach your fcpxml, we can take a look at it and figure out whether it is the same problem. If it is, we might be able to send you a modified copy of your fcpxml back to enable you to work around the issue.

Jeremy Norwood you wrote:"What we have done as a workaround to the bug is write an app that looks for the instances where the references are bad and look try to adjust the asset listing to match what audio is requested later in the XML"
Is that app available for download somewhere? I also have the problem: "Unable to find asset with Id rXXX"
Best regards Ulrik Lyhne

Hi there.
Running FCP X vers. 10.3, on OS X 10.11.6, and using X2ProLE vers.4.0.11.
If I export xml 1.5 from FCP I get:
"Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information
Details:
Getting asset with Id r33
Unable to find asset with Id r33"
If I export xml 1.6 from FCP I get:
"Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information
Details:
Invalid track layout for asset Start"
All media are consolidated within the library, and nothing is missing...
Any Suggestions?
Regards Ulrik Lyhne
