Are you pressing the "Send to Apple" button when it crashes? Next time it crashes, can you please tell us what time it happened and press that button so that we get the crash report and can tie it to this forum thread.
If you export a v1.5 fcpxml and convert that instead, does that enable you to avoid the crash?

Graeme, thank you for the response.
I'm currently using version 4.0.12 of X2Pro. Because I was on a deadline, I had to resort to using XtoCC to move my audio to FCP7 and generate an OMF. I've been having issues with X2Pro ever since the Final Cut 10.3 update. Aside from the odd Roles arrangement, the other issue is that the software crashes moments after starting the conversion.
I appreciate the help.

That is strange; When I load the fcpxml, I see:
What version of X2Pro are you using?
- dialogue
- dialogue.dialogue-1
- music
- music.music-1
- Narration
- Narration.Narration-1
What version of X2Pro are you using?

KristianOtero created the topic: X2Pro Creating Extra Roles & Crashing
I've exported an XML of my final timeline from FCPX (10.3.2) and tried generating an AAF with X2Pro (4.0.12). The first thing I noticed was a difference in the Roles. In my FCP project I have only 3 audio roles:
-Dialogue
-Narration
-Music
FCP automatically created subroles for each category shown as:
Dialogue-1
Narration-1
Music-1
When I open the XML in X2Pro I'm getting 2 dialogue roles instead of 1. So I'm seeing:
-Dialogue
-Narration
-dialogue.dialogue1
-Music
I thought that was strange since all my dialogue is assigned to the same subrole (I verified that), and it did't do that with any of the other roles. The software then crashes only a few seconds after starting the conversion.
I'm on a tight deadline so I would appreciate all the help I can get on this.
