We're sorry that this happened, but we think we have a solution that will keep you going until we can get a fixed version up in the app store.
Please try the following:

- Unzip the attached file to get a .cer file
- Secondary click on the X2ProLE app (right-click or ctrl+click)
- Select 'Show Package Contents'
- Go into the 'Contents' folder
- Drag the cer file into the 'Resources' folder
- Open X2Pro

This is very concerning, thanks for getting in touch. We are looking into it.
It runs on our current systems here, but we are getting hold of a clean OS X install to try it on that in case it's something to do with other software that we have installed on our systems.

Hi,
This is continuation of my preceding discussion.
Today, after having lit my computer and opening X2ProLE v.3,05, I received à notification by App Store to Update X2Pro. I did it.
But when I wanted opening this X2Pro v. 4.0.17, it failed and appears a warning (in french, of course): "Impossible to open Xpro … It is damaged … remove it in trash and re download from App store".
But IMPOSSIBLE !

Hi,
I dont'understand: I have bought on App store X2ProLE v3.05. on dec 2015.
I was notified and accepted updating to 4.0.17. yesterday april 7th
But when I tried open it, and after App store asked me my password, impossible to open X2Pro and my MacPro with OS 10.11
began very very instable.
I shut down and restart but same problem.
I put X2Pro in trash, and reinstall old version 3.05. It works.
But no more updating notified.
What is the matter?. Please help me as soon as possible ;)
