Hi mglegg,
It looks like your media files are in multiple folders all over the desktop. You could try adding the desktop folder to the media locations and all folders under this will be automatically included.
If you add your main hard drive (normally called "Macintosh HD") to the media locations (this will show up in the list as "/"), this should cover every file/folder on your computer, including external disks and network mounts.

I just got you app and i can't quite get it to work. i have exported xml and when i start to convert file to aaf it says it is sandbox protected and i need to locate files. Then in preferences i locate where the files are and nothing happens and i'm stuck.
