The error message is basically saying the same as the X2Pro error message; The fcpxml is invalid.

I have import my clip and to replace in the timeline and that works.
But there is another problem:

In FCPX
1. Select my project.
2. File/Export XML.
3. Save
Open X2Pro
Browse / select my file
and BAM Error Message!
