I just tried to import that fcpxml into FCP 10.1.4 and that also resulted in an error which said:
The error message is basically saying the same as the X2Pro error message; The fcpxml is invalid.
The file "EP0213022015LOCK.fcpxml" could not be imported.
DTD validation failed. (Element audio-source does not carry attribute srcCh
Element audio-source does not carry attribute srcCh
Element audio-source does not carry attribute srcCh
)
The error message is basically saying the same as the X2Pro error message; The fcpxml is invalid.

Is this an error message from X2Pro? Can you attach the fcpxml that causes this error message?

Not really
I have import my clip and to replace in the timeline and that works.
But there is another problem:
Found an audio-source element that does not define source channels
