Hello Ralf,

Apologies, we weren't aware that you had already sent the media. We tried to look at it but unfortunately it appears the file that you sent is corrupt in some way. I was unable to relink it in FCPX to the xml you had sent me previously, and I was unable to open the .mov using QuickTime player or VLC media player.

Do you have the same problem with the file your end?

Regards,

Daniel

Hello Daniel,

I did as you requested, have you found time to look into it?
My deadlines are slowly crunching reality...

Greetings, Ralf

Hi Verbeek,

Would you be able to send us one of the clips in order to try and reproduce the problem here? I will email you our FTP details.

What version of: MacOS, FCPX, X2Pro and Pro Tools are you using?

Regards,

Daniel

Hello,

I'm delivering a documentary I have finished editing. Most videotracks have multiple audiotracks (Boom, Side mic, TX etc.)
Some tracks seem to get merged or lost when exported through X2Pro.

See the attached images: in FCPX the tracks display different waveforms on the different tracks, but after the conversion to AAF the tracks all have the same audio.
I have also attached a xml with a portion of the clips portraying the problem.

I hope this can be resolved quickly, the postproduction team is breathing in my back ;)
Thanks!
