Wrong roles in the AAF

Hello ..
i have a 95 min Documentary and will bring it to ProTools, some (not all) Dialogs are wrong. example.. in FCPX i have a clip with 8 AudioTracks. only 1 and 2 are active.. 3-8 are deativated. In my ProTools i only can find 7 and 8.. these are silent.
I tried it several times .. no way to bring out my sound . To export in FCPX is no problem.. audio is fine.
What can i do?
