Laura,
the problem appears to be that (at least some of) your media is not accessible from the computer that you are using to convert from XML to AAF, this message:
"Error Setting up for audio extraction (The requested URL was not found on this server.)"
indicates that.

Check that you can access all of the clip media used in the FCP project and if necessary add media locations in the preferences. If this doesn't help then make sure that all media is linked correctly in FCP and re-export the project.

See here for help with media locations:

Hi,

I'm trying to convert an XML from FCP 10.6 to an AAF file and get this attached error message coming up on X2Pro:

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [sarah 2] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [sarah 2]
Failed to initialise audio extractor with default bit depth of 16
Error Setting up for audio extraction (The requested URL was not found on this server.)

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 4.5.16

Does anyone have any tips for what I can do to generate the AAF?

Thanks!
