FAILED TO READ x SAMPLE ERROR , PLEASE HELP

We believe this may be something that is resolved in the new version of software.
This software has been submitted to the App Store, and once it is looked at by Apple it will be available there.

I have emailed you directly for a possible fix until that version is up on the App Store.

After trying many things i 'm dead stuck here , on a very urgent projet so please help as fast as possible .

I got this trying to convert fcpxml to aaf for Pro tools :

An error occurred converting Final Cut XML to AAF

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [AA003601] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [AA003601]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 875519 samples
Failed to read 875519 samples
Error Timed out waiting for XPC response

Suggestion: Check Console for errors.

No AAF file has been generated.
