I have sent you an email directly.
Would you be able to provide the clip that is reporting the issue to us for us to look at with your XML, please?
It would not be seen or used by anyone but Marquis and would be solely used to investigate this error.

Many thanks and if you are willing to provide us with the file, please let us know so we can provide you with a secure FTP location to upload it to.

Also will you send us the latest FCPXML and error message text from X2Pro from the latest test.

Hmmm. At first the update worked, now it doesn't. Could you send me the 2.5.1 version? it would be much appreciated, I need to get a project out the door before Thanksgiving. I'll hold on the new X2Pro until all the bugs are kinked out.

X2Pro 3.0.5 is now available in the app store. Can you please try it in this version and let us know whether it is fixed?

I recently updated the very newest version of X2Pro covert and I've had nothing but trouble. This is the message that I get overtime.

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [MVI_8321] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [MVI_8321]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 970970 samples
Failed to read 970970 samples
Error Extracting audio data (read 1941910 bytes of 1941940 required) (Error number 1)

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 3.0.4

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is all rather odd as previous versions have worked out fine. Need to make a deadline. Ugh.
