FCPX to AAF convert issues

This error that you are seeing, occurs if the media file referenced in the FCP XML cannot be found.
The file in this case is /Users/jason/Documents/P+M/P&M.fcpbundle/P+M/Original Media/SHOGUN_S002_S002_T014 (fcp1).mov

Can you check that this file exists and is at this exact location, please?

I had attached a screengrab, but I will copy and paste the text here:

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [7A/3] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [7A/3]
Failed to initialise audio extractor with default bit depth of 16
Error Setting up for audio extraction (The requested URL was not found on this server.)

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert LE 3.0.5

this seems to be an issue all over the forum- is there not a common solution?

Would you please provide us with your Mac OS Version, yourFCPXML that gets this error, and a screen capture showing your "Media Locations" configured inside the X2Pro User Preferences panel?
