sorry about the hassle, but these are my normal addresses I use every day.
Here is another one from my company from another host so maybe its a host problem:

Can you check or forward to us directly a valid email address as the two we have sent to earlier this morning have just come back from our exchange saying delivery is delayed.

was out for filming so couldn't reply right away. This is strange, I get around 80 emails each day to these addresses but yours vanish.
Maybe the NSA don't like us to be in contact. Will search the spam again.
Checked spam, nothing ... ?

Did you get either one and if so have you had a chance to install the RLM version?
I have not seen any response form you otherwise and I wanted to make sure.
Many thanks

tried the following:
Deleted the programme x2pro in Launch-Pad
Looked for Preferences to delete, but didn't find
deleted Library/Caches
deleted System/Library/Caches
restarted
went into single user mode run "fsck -fy" / all was fine
reboot from single user mode
checked the harddrive with the mac harddrive service programm
went to app store
app store didn't show x2Pro in my recent shoppings / very strange ??
pressed the "buy" button again (hope it will not charge me again, will have to argue with apple :-(((
reinstalled x2pro
same problem - log is attached
thoughts for cross programme problems:
I have still fcp 7 installed
I have compressor installed
I have 7toX installed
I have Adobe CS6 and therefor run the old Java-Pad from Apple
esspesially compressor is a trouble maker on the mac
another Test: tried it with just 1 clip in the timeline and it worked!

thank you for your reply. Unfortunally I just installed your software, so no backup of an older version.
I just upgrated to OSX el Capitan Version 10.11.1 may be it's that and a complete reinstall will help?
