An error occurred converting Final Cut XML to AAF

Hi there,
I've got an urgent and complex projects to deliver to my audio facility for the final mix but I can't convert any XML to AAF.
I'm trying to export different projects by splitting the final cut in less complex timelines but I get different kind of errors!
Can you help me? Any ideas, maybe the older version works better?

P.S. I'm not able to attach the XML because I get this message: Attachment file size exceed limit allowed by configuration
