Dear Pixel,

Unfortunately we do not work weekends or Public Holidays, can you please provide the exact error message you see (copy / paste it from the console), and the XML in question. We can supply you with the older version which uses only the QT tool kit instead of the AV Foundation tool kit. Which might resolve the issue for you, but without seeing the XML and exact error message its impossible to be 100%.

Will email you the details.

Yours Sincerely

James.

I guess I'll regret paying for this app. Is there no support at all?

Steve,

Did the 2.5.1 RLM version work for you?
Also, would you be able to provide us with the "A005_C004_1115AL" file?

I can provide you with a secure FTP location if you would be able to.

Many thanks.

Dear Steve,

Will pop you a mail, as it is possible that the export would have worked using our older integration with QT rather than the newer with AV foundation.

Yours Sincerely.

I have a project that needs to be mixed ASAP and I downloaded X2Pro hoping it would help. Right out of the gate I was hit with this error.

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [A005_C004_1115AL] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [A005_C004_1115AL]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 699050 samples
Failed to read 699050 samples
Error Extracting audio data (read 0 bytes of 2097150 required) (The operation could not be completed)

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.

I initially thought it was an error with the sandboxing of the app, but I've added all the necessary folders to the preferences, and I'm double checked the XML to make sure it isn't trying to find anything it isn't allowed to.

I can't seem to find the issue, and again, I would like to have the audio for delivery ASAP. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
