I have never heard of the Cubase DAW before you mentioned it here, but i just looked it up.
The only officially supported DAW for X2Pro is Avid Pro Tools, but we have had success with other DAWs that can import AAFs into their systems.
I am not sure exactly what Cubase looks at, but it sounds like,as you said, they are having problems with the framerate specific to the project you are working on and have converted through on your system.
If you would provide your AAF to me, I can make sure that it does open in Pro Tools, and is not a malformed AAF.

Thanks for your answer. I use X2Pro 3.0.5 and there is a TXT file, but Cubase 8. can't open the AAF : "no composition tracks found"
My project is 50p , it could be a problem. Because it works with another project in 25i

Can you tell me what version of X2Pro you are using?
X2Pro doesn't support retiming or conforming, and clips will be at the original speed in the AAF. This is likely to cause a sync issue, so if any clips were retimed/conformed, the conversion report will list each one and the time code that it appears in the project so that the audio finisher knows what to look for when they open the AAF.
In the newest version of X2Pro, there will be a TXT file created along side the AAF that is converted that will list all the times that can be provided to the Audio finisher to re-edit the panning, retiming, and other things that were not included in the AAF conversion.
