Can you please try this again in the current version of X2Pro (3.0.13)? We believe that you won't see these errors any more in that version.

We should be able to read the aif in question, I will pop you details outside the forum of an ftp site where if you are able to upload the file so we can determine why we are not reading it.

I'm unable to generate an AAF from a sequence that contains DSLR footage. Here's the error text.
