It looks like one of your clips might be offline.
Can you please check whether "SEMIRAMIS E0.wav" is in "LUNHDD 20151012_1657_GMT-3.fcpbundle/LUN/Original Media" on a drive called "Seagate Expansion Drive", and make sure that the drive is plugged in when you try to convert the fcpxml
