UPGRADE, X2PRO LE to X2PRO

Hi Sighter,

The current version on the AppStore is 3.0.5 and you should be able to download this, once we have decided to release the next version, then you will be able to upgrade to that version for free.

Unfortunately as Jeremy has stated we cannot really help you with the ordering and purchasing as this is all handled by the AppStore, however our experience has been that they are helpful if you have an issue.

Funny thing is that now Apple tells me you guy are updating the product... Are you?
I need to output monday, I am in contact with de developer AND the distributor...
The Apple Store, as in the picture attached is stating I can upgrade for $99.
I just want to upgrade and move on... :-)

Because the purchases of X2Pro are made on the App store the upgrades and refunds are made through the app store.
If you contact Apple, they should be able to get you the refund for the LE version and then oyu be able to buy the Pro version.
Or they may be able to help resolve the problem with it not recognizing that you already purchased the LE and want to upgrade.

Either way at this point, it is going to be up to the App Store support.

Can you please try (in this order):

1. Closing X2Pro
2. Opening the app store app
3. Signing out of the app store
4. Signing back in to the app store
5. Opening X2Pro
6. Purchasing the Pro version

I go to X2PRO Preferences -> I press the button "Purchase Pro version" -> Apple ID & PW Prompt -> Apple ID & PW Prompt "A SECOND TIME" -> Message from X2PRO : - The Pro upgrade has failed to successfully complete -> From Apple Store: - This item is being modified. Please try again later

What happens when you try to upgrade?

Hello there, I just purchased X2PRO LE and my mistake I need the handles..
So now I just need to upgrade to X2PRO but the software do not let me do the upgrade.
I've already paid for the LE version, I just want to pay the difference to go PRO...
The sound editors are waiting for me to export... Little pressure here...
I'm in the Canadian Apple Store...
