I was hesitant to update to Ver. 3.0.13 since I was having success with 3.0.5 but I'm happy to report that 3.0.13 is working quite well! In fact it seems to be faster and more accurate. Thank you for your help with this!

I am now able to create AAF with X2Pro version 3.0.5. The only thing that changed was updating the OS to 10.11.4. I did have one issue with some multicam audio in a compound clip but once I copied the clips out of the compound clip and back into the timeline, X2Pro accurately saved them to the AAF. So, I think we can place this in the solved column?!

I am cautiously optimistic but it seams that OS X 10.11.4 has fixed the issues with X2Pro 3.0.5. I just tried one of the original xml files that had failed before the OS update and it converted the file without errors and even fixed some of the sync issues that occurred in the 2.5 version. I will try some other xml files that I need to convert and will report back later.

We have had a look at the File and your project and it is being assigned to our developers to take a look at.
Just to be able to provide them with the most details as possible, would you be able to tell me where the media file came from (camera, device) and if any conversion or anything had been done with the original before it was used in the project?

I'm uploading the file now. It is 13.48GB file so it will take about 2.5 hours to upload. It is just one of 3 in that particular Multicam but it is the one that the error identified.

Would you be able to upload the file that is having issues to our FTP for us to look at?

Filename: KTST 2014 Queen of Sheba 2A - CamA 3.mov
Path: /Volumes/G-RAID with Thunderbolt/3ABN/Bible Stories 2014/Assets/Queen of Sheba/Queen of Sheba

I will supply the FTP details via email.

Thank you for the quick response. I had high hopes that this would get it but it still fails with error.

Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [KTST 2014 Queen of Sheba 2A - CamA 3] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [KTST 2014 Queen of Sheba 2A - CamA 3]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 374048 samples
Failed to read 374048 samples
Error Extracting audio data (read 631744 bytes of 748096 required) (The operation could not be completed)

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.
