An error occurred converting Final Cut XML to AAF

I have responded to you directly in an email.
But we need to get your FCPXML to take a look at it.

At first glance of your error message there points to something being wrong or slightly off in your XML.

Running FCP 10.2.3

OSX 10.10.5

Hi there,

Require urgent assistance regarding AAF export from FCP X XML file.

Error message reads:

Writing AAF file
Adding tracks to AAF file
Writing AAF track structure
Processing clip
Unable to find asset portion in asset r37 to match usage starting at 0 seconds with duration 4.23 seconds

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 3.0.5

Attached is thescreenshot of the problem, my XML file exceeds file size limit to send.

I would appreciate any help to find a solution.
