I can see what you're talking about. I'm not sure why it's happening, so I've created a bug ticket (number 6255).

I noticed that if I replace the first compound clip with a gap, then add it back in, but this time attach it to the gap (rather than the main storyline, X2Pro includes all the clips in the AAF. I'm not sure why this works, but I thought I would let you know in case it helps you work around the issue.

Can you please tell me the name of one of these clips, and at what time in the FCP X sequence I can find it?

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to say... Are you saying that when you open your AAf in Pro Tools, that some of the clips in the sequence never come online, but others do?

Will you provide screen shots of your X2Pro Preferences that are setup on your machine.
There are some WAV handling settings that may be causing this issue.

Also, would you be able to provide us with your AAF in i can give you a secure FTP location to put in on?

No error and everything seems fine, all the roles recognised, but the resulting oaf is missing all waves files from the 4-1-T00 series only one of the the last one is there.

If I open the XML in logic everything is there
