We have a BETA release that we believe resolves this problem, which I have emailed you directly about.
If you would be able to try that and confirm whether or not we have been able to resolve the issue for you.

If you have found a previous workaround, and are happy with how you are running now, than we appreciate your time.

When I convert your project here, I can see the issues that you are reporting. A ticket has been created for your issue (6283) and we will update you when there is any progress.

I noticed that if "discard disabled tracks" was turned off in the X2Pro preferences, the missing clips were put in the AAF, but the clip gain was set to -96dB, so although this is still a problem, that would prevent clips from being completely left out of the AAF.

There were two missing clips and others ended up on the wrong track (different than the role which was set):

01:00:17:02 - 'Mais Macho Sertão' ended on the wrong track
01:00:45:00 - 'Mestre Kung Fu' ended on the wrong track
01:01:12:12 - 'Desafia Valentão' is missing
01:01:32:18 - 'Um Cibito' ended on the wrong track, but a separate piece of same clip went to the correct track at 01:01:40:03
01:01:53:17 - 'Samurai é O Falcão' is missing, but another piece of the same clip came through at 01:01:45:10

I already worked around it exporting AIF with the missing clips. No big deal as this was a short piece. But I'm close to deliver a feature film and I'm getting worried if there'll be a lot of missing clips.

Please attach the fcpxml and tell us the name of the clip and what timecode it is used in the Project.

I'm having the same problem [as in this thread: http://x2pro.net/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=category&catid=12&id=1179&Itemid=744 ].

Strange thing is that one of the missing clips is being used twice in the project, one instance shows up in the AAF, but the other doesn't. This particular clip is an M4A from an iphone with special characters in the filename (yeah, I know I probably shouldn't do it), so I guess it could've triggered a bug.
But there were other clips, that didn't come through, just plain WAV stereo 48khz/16bit.

Should I open a new topic? [Graeme moved this message to a new thread]

I can send you the FCPXML and the AAF if you like.
