A conform is a type of retiming that is automatically and transparently applied by FCP X when your clip frame rate is close (but the not the same) as your project frame rate.
More information on conforming here: x2pro.net/help.html?option=com_fsf&Itemid=637&view=faq&catid=-1&search=conform
The conform effects are not what is stopping your project from converting. The only thing that is stopping your project from converting is a retiming effect applied to a compound clip. Either remove the retiming on your compound clip, or remove your compound clip and replace it with the components of that compound clip.

Hello Nicky, I had an even longer list of error messages. In the end I gave up, used X to CC. Opened it up in Premiere and exported out an AAF from there, none of this is in any way ideal, but if you have a deadline like I do it might be a workaround.

Hello, I just purchased the upgrade from LE, and was hoping it would solve the problem, but it didn't. I will need to export to FCP 7 now, but I would like to get this working. What is a conform rate? I removed all filters and everything from the audio clips.
Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.
