In your XML, the asset referenced at "r3" is associated with a file named "JONGEHELDEN__-HRE00012259_119000_2261000".
That file is listed as having video, but not having audio in the asset listing of the XML.
However, later in the XML it is referenced with audio tracks to be used that have never been mentioned before.
We have seen this previously, and were advised by Apple to have the users to report this behavior directly to them.
This is an error or bug with FCP X that happens from time to time with some user's XMLs.
What we have done as a workaround to the bug is write an app that looks for the instances where the references are bad and look try to adjust the asset listing to match what audio is requested later in the XML. We have seen success with this workaround for individual projects and instances, but it is by no means a completely flawless solution.
I have run the app on your original FCPXML and the edited version now loads in my system.
Give it a go in yours and see if you are able to convert the file now.
Also, please don't forget to supply the information i have given you to Apple, to help get the overall problem resolved.

I hope someone can help me with te following problem:
When I try to open the xml created by fcpx in x2Pro I get the following error message
Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information
Details:
Getting asset with Id r3
Unable to find asset with Id r3
Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
- Ensure that this is the export of a Project, not of a Library or Event;
- Ensure that this is not an empty project (or that all audio is disabled);
X2Pro Audio Convert 3.0.13
I've added the fcp xml file in the attachments.
Thanks!
