Sorry for the delay.
I am able to relink the file that you gave for the two audio only files, but the other instance of C0028 in your timeline is the other file.
I have confirmed this, because when I try to relink the other instance of C0028 with the clip you provided, it crashes my FCP X.
Would you be able to provide me the other file to test with, the one from the following location?
/G-DRIVE/Coffee - Main.fcpbundle/Misc Making Coffee/Original Media/C0028.mp4

I just wanted to make sure you saw my email yesterday afternoon.
"The file C0028 seems to have been copied or imported into the project twice and so there are 2 files related to the clip named C0028 in your project one is named “C0028.mp4”, which is the one you gave me that we seem to have no problem with. The other file is named “C0028 (fcp1).mp4”.\; which seems to be the one we are getting the error on.
Would you be able to supply the file “C0028 (fcp1).mp4” to me.
The one you supplied to us was referenced at this folder location on your Mac.
/G-DRIVE/Coffee - Main.fcpbundle/Misc Making Coffee/Original Media/C0028.mp4
The one I need is referenced at:
/G-DRIVE/Coffee - Main.fcpbundle/3-17-16/Original Media/C0028 (fcp1).mp4
Please let me know if you have any questions."

Ok, thank you for doing that.
That rules most everything out on your actual system, so we will need to get your file.
I will email you directly with the FTP information.

Changed the destination and that started to work. Now back to the original error:
Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [C0028] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [C0028]
Failed to initialise audio extractor with default bit depth of 24

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?
No AAF file has been generated.

It looks like you are using the drive called "G-Drive" to output the AAF to, but that drive is no longer connected or mounted?
Please check that and try again.

Tried your tip with media locations and it didn't work. The file is to big to attach. Also, in the preferences/media locations tab I've verified all media locations can be accessed for the XML in question.

Was the error in 3.0.13 from the same FCPXML in the original post?
Will you detail your Mac OS version and X2Pro Media Locations, please?
One thing we would like for you to try,is to remove all of the media locations in the X2Pro User Preferences. (If you have any)
If you do not have any,if you can add the root of the main system drive (normally called Macintosh HD and will show up in the Media Locations as a "/") and then try your conversion again.
If neither of those options work, we will need to get the MP4 file from you to take a look at in our lab.
Please advise how you get along.
