Just wanted to make sure you got my email message and would be able to upload the file to us to investigate.
I hadn't seen a response from you concerning it.
Many thanks.

Can you confirm which XML this error is on, please?
Scratch that i found it.
Would you be able to provide the "Tape 3 Willem is al weer thuis 15-9-2001" file to us to investigate?
Path to the file is /Volumes/Jonge Held Schijf 2/Videotapes/Tape 3 Willem is al weer thuis 15-9-2001.mov
You can upload it to the FTP site that i have emailed to you directly.

Hey Jeremy,
One of the xml's works fine. But the other one has a problem. Do you know what the problem is?
Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [Tape 3 Willem is al weer thuis 15-9-2001] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [Tape 3 Willem is al weer thuis 15-9-2001]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 1048576 samples
Failed to read 1048576 samples
Error Extracting audio data (read 360780 bytes of 2097152 required) (Status number 1)
Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?
No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert LE 3.0.13
Please help me out, one more time! Thanks a lot !

In both of your XMLs, the asset referenced at the ID listed in the error message is listed as having video, but not having audio in the asset listing of the XML.
However, later in the XML it is referenced with audio tracks to be used that have never been mentioned before.
We have seen this previously, and were advised by Apple to have the users to report this behavior directly to them.
This is an error or bug with FCP X that happens from time to time with some user's XMLs.
What we have done as a workaround to the bug is write an app that looks for the instances where the references are bad and look try to adjust the asset listing to match what audio is requested later in the XML. We have seen success with this workaround for individual projects and instances, but it is by no means a completely flawless solution.
I have run the app on your original FCPXMLs and the edited version now loads in my system.
Give it a go in yours and see if you are able to convert the files now.
Also, please don't forget to supply the information i have given you to Apple, to help get the overall problem resolved.

Hello,
Yesterday I tried to import the FCP XMlL but I got this problem, can you guys help me out? I have a deadline this friday, and I really don't know how to get an AAF otherwise.
The first one : '' Final Cut deel 3 en 4 duplicate'' gave this error:
Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information
Details:
Getting asset with Id r76
Unable to find asset with Id r76
Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
- Ensure that this is the export of a Project, not of a Library or Event;
- Ensure that this is not an empty project (or that all audio is disabled);
X2Pro Audio Convert LE 3.0.13
For the XML called : '' Final Cut Jonge held deel 1 en 2 (ingekort) V2 1'' I got the following trouble:
Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information
Details:
Getting asset with Id r42
Unable to find asset with Id r42
Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
