Unable to parse FCP XML file

Please update (its free to update) your version of X2Pro from the app store to the latest release 3.0.13. We would also recommend that you upgrade the OS to 10.11.4 and the FCPX to 10.2.3 if possible.

hi, i am seriously behind schedule on a project and i cant get x2pro to convert my fcp xml, i keep getting the error:

Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information

Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
- Ensure that this is the export of a Project, not of an Event;
- Ensure that this is not an empty project (or that all audio is disabled);

i dont know what to do please help i am behind schedule my fcpx is version 10.2 and x2pro is version 2.19
