X2pro anyone can help me, please?

2 to 3 months ago the version on the App store was 3.0.5.
The 2.1.9 version of X2Pro has not been on the app store for at least 2 years.

The only way to purchase X2Pro is through the Mac app store, and upgrades are available for free through the Mac app store for users that have purchased it. If you have bought it through the app store, but can no longer download it, or download updates, then you will have to contact Apple.

I don't understand, I bought the software 2 or 3 months ago. The pro vesion never works since I bought, allways appears the same error but I didn't need the software until now.
How is posible that I have a so old version?
How can I upgrade the version of the software?

Looking back I've remembered that I made the purchase of LT version by appstore but upgraded it by the official page taking advance of a offert 50% off.

X2Pro 2.1.9 is a version that hasn't been available for over 2 years and will lack support for many new formats and features.
If the App store does not allow you to upgrade, it may be because you are not using the correct Apple ID, or perhaps you did not purchase the software to begin with.

In regards to your error, I don't believe the FCPXML that you are trying to convert is an XML of the project itself but maybe of a library or something else entirely.
Try exporting out the project itself and trying again.

But nothing is guaranteed to work in that very old version of the app.

I've tried all that the message alert that I've attached says and nothing works.
I got the same problem with the LE version!

My computer in a macbook pro retina early 2013, FCPX 10.2.2, X2pro 2.1.9

At the same time, I don't know why in the app store I can't update the software. The app store offer me to buy the software but I've already bought it.
