The file you provided is an MOV, but the one referenced is actually an MP3 file. Do you have 2 versions of it?

Also, in order to clear up confusion, would you be able to post the file names of the FCPXML and then the error messages; so we can all be on the same page. It is all getting a bit confusing to follow without using actual filenames and the error messages associated with them.

The 4 FCPXMLs that I have from you are as follows:
  • ROSSA REBEL FINE CUT 061816WC VIS-SOUND SYNCH
  • ROSSA REBEL FINE CUT 061816WC VIS-SYNCH CLIP CORRECT
  • RIR FINE CUT 061816 sound in paste correct attempt
  • ROSSA REBEL FC 061916 LOCK

  • Please provide any and all error messages that you get in X2Pro for each one.

    you can download from here:

    www.dropbox.com/s/uvzsm9f0aszpl98/The_Nicky_Kay_Orchestra-Absolution___Instrumental_-86834.128.2.mov?dl=0

what I'm confused about though is that the first XML didn't crash on this but on a DF (C300 clip) and then after I removed this music it crashed again on another seemingly random clip. But then when tried again it did generate a successful OMF...?

I don't see a whole lot of difference in the first 3 you sent, but the 4th one- "ROSSA REBEL FC 061916 LOCK", does not have the original error file in it.

Would you be able to provide us that file to have a look at,please?
    Filename: The_Nicky_Kay_Orchestra-Absolution___Instrumental_-86834.128.2.mp3

    Path on your system:
    \ROSSA IRISH REBEL \ROSSA IRISH REBEL - ROUGH 052116.fcpbundle\5-24-16\Original Media\

Hi - This is the error I got multiple times. I did take out that asset but then it crashed on a different asset. I tried again yesterday and seemed to then produce the OMF, though am waiting to hear from sound mixer if all looks good. Not sure if just being picky with clips, assets or what the error message below points to.
    OSX - 10.11.4
    FCP X - 10.2.3
    X2PRO - 3.0.13

Hi - Just purchased the full version as need to export AAF for 90 minuted doc to mixer. On tight deadline. Exported XML - twice is gave message above about 80% through and didn't produce any file. It has a specific clip it seemed. So went into timeline and replaced the clip with the same one. Exported new XML and ran through X2Pro. This time went a little further but got hung on a music file and whole transfer collapsed. See error message and Console message below. If any way to sort this out tomorrow/ASAP - am supposed to screen at film festival in less than 2 weeks and need audio mix before Blu Ray obviously. Not sure what is going on Thanks!
