X2Pro keeps crashing on export

just wanted to check back in and see if we would be able to get the files from you for our developers to try to reproduce things.

We are not able to reproduce this problem. However, the console log shows that X2Pro crashed at the same time that there was a failure to make an XPC connection. X2Pro only makes an XPC connection when we are processing MXF media.

In order for us to reproduce this in our lab, would you be able to supply us the 4 clips used in this project?

Its still being investigated (ticket 6428), To confirm it is only that one specific XML that caused the issue ?

I tried on my system and don't get a crash, so we will need some info from your system.
Would you please open the Console.
Clear the window, then try the conversion again in X2Pro.
If the app still crashes, please provide us the contents from the console window.

Also, would you be able to let us know the amount of Memory your system has?

Hi, I have been trying to export from this XML but X2Pro keeps crashing. Can you shed some light. Obviously I am at the export stage of this project so it's quite urgent. Cheers Randy
