App x2pro lost

If you re-format, after you have downloaded and installed the Le version, the "Restore Pro upgrade" button, that i spoke about before, should be active in the file menu to upgrade to the Pro version.

Another question, In case that I format my mac. If I download X2pro LE from AppStore the pro version will be activate automatically? Because, as I talk you, the online app that show up in my appstore account is the LE version.

The (Pro Upgrade) text in there means you are running the Full version of X2Pro.
If you are having other problems that led you to believe you were not running the Pro Version;please let us know.

I can't see that bottom that you talking about. But I see in the "window" bottom "x2pro LE audio convert (Pro Upgrade)" .
This means that the app is already pro version??

If you open your copy of X2Pro and up at the top left click on the "X2Pro Audio Convert" button, there should be a "Restore Pro upgrade" button to click if your purchased upgrade is not being loaded.

If that button does not work in restoring your Pro upgrade, then you will need to contact Apple via the App store as that button verifies with your account that the Pro upgrade was purchased. And as you know, the only way to purchase X2Pro is via the App store.

Hi, I don`t know if this is the right place for this. Sorry if not!

I would know how can I recover my x2pro app? In my appstore account is missing. I've contacted with Apple and they has suggested me to contact with X2pro support to solve the problem.

The thing is, I bought X2pro LE by Apple Store and after that I upgraded it to X2pro version through the X2pro LE (not from Apple Store), but the name of app still LE version and I don't know how to download the pro version because I don't see any serial number, upgrade or license inside of the app.

Could anyone please explain to me how to update or download the X2pro (pro version)?
Of course I've the payment registered in my bank account and I can proof my purchase.
