We have seen this error previously, but need to get your media in order to resolve it.
Would you be able to supply us with the file named "Untitled1"?
I am not sure if that is the file you said was 13 GB or not,.
I can supply an FTP location for you to upload the file, or if you want to put it on a USB drive and ship it to me, i can offload the file and ship it back to you.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

I get this error message.
I have cut down my time line into chunks and exported those to identify the problematic file.
For this specific error message I found the file in question. It is a quicktime file. It is 13GB.
There are other files like this that seem to trip up the exporting process, all of them are quicktime.
any suggestions?
Thank you.
