App Store related questions and refund requests should be directed straight to Apple, as we don't have any control over that part of the process.

This looks like a problem with the app store, so you'll need to contact Apple for help.
After going to that address and choosing your country, there should be a "Contact Support" link in the top right. From there, you can choose "Talk to us" (click
"Get help"), then Apps & Software, then "Mac App Store".

Hi, Im trying to purchase de upgrade from the app, but after confirming the payment -pic1- this message appears -pic2-, which suggest to visit a website where nothing can help me on resolving this problem. Then a message which says that the upgrade could be donne. I tried straight in the appStore but neither the upgrade or the discount on the pro version appear. Hope someone can help me solving this without buying the full app and asking for a refund to the appStore.
