Missing Audio in Export

Am sorry its been a painful experience for you, not sure what more we could have done our end, as we were waiting to be advised where these missing scenes were, so we could have found the reason why they were not in the AAF, and hopefully found a resolution. You can if you wish apply to the app store for a refund.

At this point, we spent two days with me cutting out the pieces they needed, we pulled together all the pieces needed. Therefore, not in need of your assistance any longer. You have influenced me to edit in Premiere moving forward though. This has been a painstaking process I wouldn't do again. That having been said, I think you guys need to do some more work or better instruction, because your software did very little in the category of saving time. Thanks for your engagement.

We have the media now, would you be able to point me to the scenes that your editing is saying is missing from the converted AAF?
Also, can you tell me what DAW software he is using and what version it is?

So you are aware it is unlikely that any of us here will be working over a weekend, so apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I don't see a mail from you with the details of where to download the media.

I will pop you an email with a drop folder for our ftp site. If you can upload the media to there we will investigate.

With respect to the 3-4 scenes with audio missing can you advise exactly where these are in the timeline. please.

So, tried many different methods for export & conversion & still same issues. Here I sit with useless software & no reply from you guys. Not my idea of a good scenario, & have to have audio finalized this weekend. Pretty disappointed.

I've attempted a number of different methods of export, but always the same result. The sound editors are telling me that there are 3-4 scenes in the film that just have audio missing. No difference between audio in those scenes or any of the others. All recorded the same. All handled the same in the timeline/software. Can't seem to solve the problem. Any way to troubleshoot? Really not operating very well overall.

OS: OSX El Capitan 10.11.4
FCPX 10.2.3
X2pro 3.0.13
