LE versus Pro

Am sorry to hear that, however there is nothing we can do our end as all monies and payments are processed by the AppStore, so its the Appstore that needs to refund your money. We have found in the past that if you write to them they should reimburse you without issue.

Hi, we use the LE version for some time and were happy with it.
We upgraded within the program to a Pro account just to get the media handling to work.
After upgrading we tried the media handling. It didn't work.
So today I tried to find out why.
Couldn't find the solution. Just to try out I downloaded the Pro version once again.
It works, but now I'm charged with an extra 149 dollars! And I already paid for the upgrade!
So you guys can imagine I'm not very happy at this point.
