Hi Reddog,

Unfortunately we are unable to determine from the crash dump why it is crashing, have popped you a mail, so we are down to the following actions:

1, Uninstall and then re-install the app.
2, See if the OS can be upgraded.
3, If the above has failed, would you be able to supply the project and all its media so we can attempt to reproduce the failure here.

Yours Sincerely

James.

Hi Reddog,

If you open Finder, and then Go, but hold down the alt key, you should see an extra option called Library, and the file should be able to be seen from here in.
Logs/DiagnosticReports/X2Pro Audio Convert_2016-10-07-123717_Razvans-MacBook-Pro-2.crash

HI James ,

It seems that there is no: X2Pro Audio Convert_2016-10-07-123717_Razvans-MacBook-Pro-2.crash
in the DiagnosticReports

Plus, I don't know if it matters, The Library is not in my Users folder, it;s in the Machintosh HD main folders.

Thank you!

Dear Reddog,

Many thanks, can you have a look on your system for the following and either upload to our ftp (mailed the details earlier) or if small enough you can attach to a forum post here.

Dear Reddog,

Will forward you details of an ftp site if you can add 6691 to the name of the log (so we know which ticket it is for) we will investigate.

Yours Sincerely

James

If you compress it (zip it), you should be able to attach it with a .zip extension

Hello,

The console exports with the extension: log . It seems that it doesn't want to upload cause it doesn't have the requested extensions.
I can't export differently or maybe I don't know how.

Thank you for your help!

I tried both of your XMLs without the media on my system using 10.10.5, and they converted, so it is not the XML itself.
Would you be able to provide any details of any user preferences or settings that you are suing for the conversion.

Also, we will need the console of the conversion error and crash.
The best method is to open the console, clear the console window, and then open X2Pro and try the conversion.
After the conversion has failed again, save the console log out to a file and send that file to us.

We appreciate your assistance and communication with us.

Hello Reddog,

Can you provide details of the OS you are using, if possible the fcp xml and a copy of the console log or error code you receive, when you attempt the aaf creation.

Many thanks
