I had a look at your large FCPXML and see nothing we should have a problem with.
Since you say we are missing something in the conversion, we will need the converted AAF that X2Pro has created.
It is probably too large for this forum, so if you could send it to us another way; it would be much appreciated.
Also, please let us know what version of X2Pro you are using for this conversion, and if you are using any other preferences besides "Discard Disabled Clips".

Hello. I too am experiencing this problem with audio that has been unchecked in the Inspector of Final Cut pro X. I am conforming a feature and when I export the XML and process it in X2Pro Audio Convert with Discard disabled clips active, the resultant AAF has 150 tracks, including all the unchecked clips. Thanks for any elucidation.
