I am currently trying the conversion again. I exported the multicam and replaced the old multicam with the exported one. It seems to be working fine but there are other multi cams in my timeline so if I get the same error I can try and send you that. To be honest terminal and console commands are a bit over my head though.

any chance that you can provide the console log from the conversion?
it may be easiest to open the console, clear it, and then run the conversion and copy that text out and sent it to us.

I figured that problem out but now I have a new one. I am trying to get an episode of our TV show to our audio master guy and it keeps giving me an error message (see attached)

I keep deleting the audio from the clips that give the error message but now I am running into clips that are critical interviews, not broll. The clips are in a multicam in FCPX but I have detached them all with the same result. I really need this to go out today so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Cody,

Looking at the XML we see the following but no actual errors in the XML. There should be no problems with loudness itself as we don't support the effect and just skip it and advise where it was in the timeline. Can you please confirm whether you just removed the effect or removed the clip ? Would it be possible to have a copy of this clip ? If so we will forward details of an ftp drop folder.

Yours Sincerely

James

Finally got an AAF out of it. One of my clips had the loudness effect on it in FCPX. Once I turned that off, it ran through no problem. Is this common?

Dear Cody,

Would you be able to upload the XML that gives the error to the forum, if the XML is too large then we will provide you with details of our ftp site to upload it to.

Please advise.

Yours sincerely

James
