I wish I had the time, to do so, but sadly I have to deliver the project, so now I will have to make due with what I have, and in a couple of weeks I will send you all you need!

Dear Oresztesz,

Can you provide / upload the essence for the xml you supplied. Will forward you ftp drop folder details. We will test and prove here, but I think the issue is going to be a configuration in your Logic Pro or ProTools.

Yours Sincerely

James

My problem is, that I want to hand over a 48 Khz project.
I have a 48 Khz project in fcp X with only 48 Khz wav sound.
I export an xml, then create an AAF with x2pro with embedded audio.

Before I hand it over, I always check it with Logic pro X, there upon import I can see, that the files it "imports" has a 44 something tag.
And the project imports automatically with 44 Khz.
It works well with the picture, there is no lag, pitch is fine.
If I change the project settings to 48Khz, then the pitch gets too high, and the sound is not in sync anymore with the picture.

To summarize, why does my 48 Khz project with only 48 Khz wavs in it NOT export in 48 Khz?

Dear Oresztesz,

X2Pro will not change the sample rate, so if you want a 44K sequence in FCPX to be a 48K sequence in ProTools then you will need to adjust the Sample Rate Conversion Options in the Import Session Data option in ProTools.

Caution should be taken in using conversion because both FCPX and ProTools support mixed sample rates, so using the conversion might lead to sync issues.

Yours sincerely

James

Hey Guys!
Ive been trying to create a 48 Khz AAF, but it seems x2pro can only export 44 Khz.
Am I doing something wrong?

I have tried to export a project with a single 48 Khz wav file, and x2pro created 44 Khz project of it.
