Dear Olivia,
We are going to need to take a look at the XML, will pop you details of an ftp drop folder as the XML is probably too large to attach to the forum.
Yours Sincerely

Hi James,
Yes yesterday you responded us directly. Thanks for that.
The problem is that we've tried this, changing something on the file that appears in the error notification and yes, it makes a correct export. But then it collapses again with a new file, a valid one in the previous export. We try to fix this even with a new file and again it collapses with another valid file from previous export.
It's starting being frustrating as long as this errors occur with perfectly normal files and randomly.
Actually the thing is that we´ve tried some exports of secuences of the full film with this conflictive files on it and everything works just fine. So the problem seems to be when we try to make an export for the full lenght.. We are wasting a lot of hours with this and I can't see a proper way to make this work.
¿Any suggestion?
Oh! We are on a 2015 mac pro full gama, with thunderbolt external bay. So I don't think is a hardware problem.
Thanks,

Dear Ocabelloc,
I believe we have just responded directly to one of your colleagues, with an ftp location to upload the media that appears to be causing (046_1724) the issue and the XML. Will forward yourself the details as well.
Yours Sincerely
James

Hi! We have recently buy X2ProLE Audio Convert and we are having continious problems with a XML exported from Final Cut 10.2.1.
The project is 1 hour long, but it don't have any other weird feature, just music and audio with fade in and out.
Can somebody help us, please?
