The problem is that your FCPXML appears to not be completely valid. There is a clip (with id "r14") called "Tern Clean interlaced" which is initially described as having no audio, but then audio from it is used in your project. We think this is a bug in FCP, and would be grateful if you could report it to Apple.
You could try removing this clip from your library and re-adding it, which might make FCP describe it properly in the FCPXML if you export it again. If that doesn't work, we have a tool that might be able to patch up the FCPXML to insert the audio information in the clip description, but the better solution, if possible, would be to get FCP to export the fcpxml with the required information.

HI I'm having trouble getting X2Pro to open an XML I'm on FCPX 10.3.1 Mac OS 10.12.1 XML attached
