problems importing an fcpxml file into X2Pro

We will need your FCPXML from both projects that you are having problems with, the one that fails, and the one that crashes.
Also, a copy of the TXT from your error message would be good to know exactly what the problem is.

I have been trying to import an xml file into X2Pro for 2 days! I received several messages about audio files, so I re-imported and then another file message would come up - including sound effects from the fcpx library. I chose a different, very small, project from another library and x2Pro crashed. I configured the share destination to export directly from fcpx and either final cut crashes or X2Pro quits unexpectedly. I am not sure how to proceed. I have a sound mixer who needs to begin working on the film. Thank you!
